Jessica Morales

Director of the Ambassador Program

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Jessica Morales brings a rich blend of experience, resilience, and leadership to her role as Director of the Ambassador Program at Latinos Unidos of York. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, an Associate Degree in Office Systems Management, and several professional certifications.

Jessica has extensive experience in logistics, process development, and organizational management. A firm believer in the power of proactive teamwork, she approaches every challenge with collaboration and purpose.

After enduring the devastation of Hurricane Maria, Jessica relocated to Pennsylvania, where she has continued to thrive—both professionally and personally. Her values of loyalty, resilience, and commitment are reflected in every space she enters. Among her proudest achievements is the development of an onboarding program tailored specifically for Spanish-speaking employees. In collaboration with Human Resources and seasoned staff, Jessica ensured that these new team members received guidance and documentation entirely in Spanish—creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

Her leadership of LU’s Ambassador Program empowers local Latino voices, strengthens community engagement, and builds bridges across cultures. Jessica’s favorite phrase, “One day at a time,” perfectly captures her grounded and compassionate approach to life. Outside of her professional work, she loves spending time with her wife, traveling, and finds fulfillment in helping others.
