What does a Latinos Unidos of York Ambassador do?
*  LU Ambassadors engage with residents, businesses, and community partners sharing information
about LU’s initiatives in the community.
* Talk with members of the community to learn first-hand about issues impacting members of the
Latinx community.
* Facilitate access to services, including making referrals or face-to-face introductions, tracking and
following up on the roster of individuals served.
* Maintaining current information about key service providers and having specific contacts there.
* Promote and facilitate community integration activities, involving members of the York community,
Latinx and non-Latinx.
* Look for county-wide opportunities for LU to be present and have a voice
